Advancement Services
Advancement Services is the record keeping and processing support unit for the Division of University Advancement at Appalachian State University. This department is responsible for the receipting, depositing and processing of gifts to the university and its associate entities; maintaining current and endowment gift/pledge account records, maintaining demographic information on alumni, friends and parents and others interested in the university. Advancement Services prepares and issues reports and other information internally to the Division of University Advancement, throughout the university and, as required, for off-campus entities. We also support the computer programs and systems for the division.
